The ”OS Group” company was founded in 2004 by a team of telecom and IT professionals in Saint Petersburg. The main field of activity is specialized software development for organizations that have a distributed telecom infrastructure of urban scale and larger.

Having many years of experience in construction and operation of communication networks, the company’s specialists began developing domestic OSS class software in 2005. It’s first version was released in the beginning of 2006 and was named Equipment Manager™. The presentation of the system tool place at the “Svyaz-Expocomm 2006” exhibition in Moscow. It’s first installation was solving network monitoring tasks of International press-center of the 32nd G8 Summit in the summer of 2006.

According to the results of the “Telecommunicational Petersburg – 2007” regional competition in the telecom and communications field the company has been recognized as the best in specialized software development in the North-Western regions of Russia.

Development of the “Orange” automated billing system began in 2007. After a period of experimental operation and a mandatory certification procedure a successful implementation of this system in the “Quantum” company followed in 2009.

Telecom operators from the neighboring countries got interested in the software products that we have developed. In 2013 a supply contract for the Equipment Manager™ and the “Orange” automated billing system was signed with GNC Alfa (Armenia).

In 2014 the “Orange System Group” company has received accreditation and was included into the register of organizations that operate in the field of IT.

Lack of CEP (Complex Event Processing) class software products in the domestic development line caused the creation of the “Sceptor” complex event processing system. This product has been developed in 2017 and is still actively used by the “ER-Telecom Holding” company.

All of our products are intensively developing – we work on creating new functional modules and increasing the performance of the existing ones constantly.

During it’s existence the “Orange System Group” company has gained a reputation of a reliable partner. This allowed us to expand our customers’ circle from urban scale telecom operators to nationwide scale telecom operators: “Rostelecom”, “VimpelCom” (Beeline), “ER-Telecom Holding” (Dom.ru), “Orange Business Services" (ORANGE).

The software products have all of the necessary certificates for permitted use on the Russian Federation network.

CJSC “Orange System Group” is a completely Russian company and the software products developed by the company are included in the Unified Register of the Russian computer programs and databases. They are also present on the Russian software marketplace.
